In recent news, the couple was reportedly involved in a brawl at a local nightclub. A source told the New York Daily News, ?Miley, her boyfriend and the victim were talking and an argument ensued.?
The source added, ?"Miley pushed the victim and struck the victim in the face. There were no visible injuries and no arrests made. The victim came to the station (to file the report). It's an ongoing investigation."
A representative for Cyrus has spoken out to insist the star did nothing wrong, telling TMZ.com: "This claim is completely false and erroneous."
