Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj And Ke$ha 'Till The World Ends' Remix Leaks

Reworked tune features an opening verse by Minaj as Ke$ha sings atop Spears' vocals throughout the song.

Britney Spears isn't the only pop titan dancing until the world ends: Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha have joined forces to add a new spin on an all-female remix of Femme Fatale's second single, "Till the World Ends."

The reworked dance anthem, which leaked online Friday (April 22), appears to have surfaced earlier than expected as noted by a series of countdowns on all three of the stars' websites.

Mixing the dance tune's original sonic swirls with heavier bass, Britney tourmate Minaj starts off the remix by throwing down an aggressive verse, in which she calls out a female hater: "A-A-A-A-A-AYE!/ Chimpanzees is hatin', but I take it all in stride/ Put her in a jungle with bananas on the side/ Told you they'd revive your career, but somebody lied/ I ain't talkin' poultry when I say this chicken's fried."

After Minaj spits a few introductory bars, Spears delivers the song's first verse before an introduction for the all-star trio. "It's Britney, bitch. I'm Nicki Minaj and that's Ke$ha!" the Young Money MC proclaims.

Ke$ha, who originally wrote the track for the pop princess, takes part in singing the club-ready track's chorus. Spears soon takes back control of the song as Ke$ha shadows the singer's lines toward the end of the second verse and bridge. Unlike the original version, the "Till the World Ends" remix also features a stuttering dubstep dance break.

News of a star-studded collaboration was hinted earlier this week when producer Dr. Luke tweeted, "@NICKIMINAJ killed it tonight!!!! thanks!!!"

Usher To Donate Gadhafi Money To Charity

'I will be donating all of my personal proceeds...to various human rights organizations,' singer says of concert linked to Libyan dictator.

R&B superstar Usher announced Friday (March 4) that he was donating to various charities proceeds from appearing at a private event at St. Barts linked to Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi, according to a statement made to the Associated Press.

The Grammy award winner's renouncement comes after similar announcements from singers Mariah Carey, Nelly Furtado, and Beyoncé, all of whom were revealed to have performed at private concerts linked to the Middle Eastern leader, who has faced open revolt and major political uprisings since February.

"I am sincerely troubled to learn about the circumstances surrounding the Nikki Beach St. Bart's event that took place on New Year's Eve 2009," Usher said of the concert, at which he appeared alongside Beyoncé but did not perform. "I will be donating all of my personal proceeds from that event to various human rights organizations."

Usher has already begun the process, having made a donation to Amnesty International, the AP reports. The exact size of the donation is not known.

The New Year's Eve gig was reportedly for Moammar's fourth son Muastassim, who an unnamed music industry source told MTV News has a history of throwing lavish parties "jammed" with supermodels.

Beyoncé, who sang at the event, donated all proceeds from her performance to the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund, established in the wake of the Haitian earthquake.

"All monies paid to Beyoncé for her performance at a private party at Nikki Beach St. Barts on New Year's Eve 2009, including the commissions paid to her booking agency, were donated to the earthquake relief efforts for Haiti over a year ago," the "Halo" singer's publicist said in a statement to The Huffington Post. "Once it became known that the third-party promoter was linked to the Qaddafi family, the decision was made to put that payment to a good cause."

Singer Nelly Furtado tweeted February 28 that she plans to make similar amends.

"In 2007, I received 1million$ from the Gadhafi clan to perform a 45 min. show for guests at a hotel in Italy," she tweeted. "I am going to donate the $."

The leader of Libya since a successful military coup in 1969, Gadhafi has reportedly lost control of much of his country as a result of widespread uprisings. The United Nations voted unanimously to refer the dictator to the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity.

Kristin Cavallari: Love Is the Most Important Thing in Life

Sporting her sparkling new diamond along the way, Kristin Cavallari headed to do a little shopping in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday afternoon (May 24).

The former "Hills" hottie opted for an effortlessly classic look, wearing a collared white shirt, blue jeans and a pair of nude heels as she hit up Melinda Maria for some new bling.

The outing comes as newly-engaged Kristin recently blogged about finding the man of her dreams, Jay Cutler, writing, "You always hear people say 'you can have all the money in the world, but without someone to share it with it doesn?t matter.' It wasn?t until I took a step back and made love my top priority that I realized love is the most important thing in life, not work. But I truly believe everything happens exactly when it?s supposed to, because I wasn?t ready to find Mr. Right 2 years ago."

Cavallari ended with a heartfelt memo to all those reading, telling, "I don?t think someone else can make you happy. It has to come from you. But I do think other people can help draw it out of you. So I hope that everyone gets to experience love at some point in his or her life, whether it be for a short period of time or long lasting love ? because that?s what life is all about."

Usher, Ke$ha And More Help Dance Music Go Pop In 2010

But is it here to stay? Our music-industry experts weigh in.
By Akshay Bhansali

Ke$ha

In 2010, pop princesses, R&B icons and chart-dominating newcomers all danced to the same beat. Not only did dance music go pop, but pop music caught the club-music bug.

Between Katy Perry's "Firework," Ke$ha's "We R Who We R," Rihanna's "Only Girl (In the World)," Enrique Iglesias' "I Like It," Usher's "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love" and "OMG" and countless other singles, established artists definitely looked to dance beats for surefire hits. And two of this year's biggest success stories in music were Jason Derülo and Taio Cruz; could there be a soul left in this country who hasn't heard "Dynamite" or "In My Head"?

The love went both ways, with dance music's biggest stars finding mainstream success this year. Dance-music maestro deadmau5 took up house-artist duties at this year's VMAs, and Swedish House Mafia and Usher teamed up for a medley of their gems at the American Music Awards.

So how did this happen? We caught up with some music-industry experts to get their takes.

"You definitely saw tempos go up this year," Jon Caramanica of The New York Times told MTV News. "And I think what you had are a lot of producers who are really familiar with nightclub stuff. They are familiar with Europe. Things are happening on a more global scale now."

"I think everything from Europe, and sometimes even Asia, it comes to America, and we just adopt things a little bit slower," said Jared Eng of JustJared.com. "I think it was just a change. People like different types of music at different times. And dance was of this moment."

Noah Callahan of Complex magazine added: "I think 2010 saw the merging of the pop and dance genres. Pop artists realized that there were best practices that could be borrowed from dance music. And, ultimately, [all] pop music that has been made in the past 20 years had ended up being remixed for the club by dance artists. I think they basically just cut out the middleman and went straight there."

Dance music being introduced into the hip-hop and R&B realms was particularly notable this year.

"I think David Guetta kind of at the end of last year and the beginning of this year spearheaded it," said freelance writer Julianne Escobedo Shepherd. "He produced a lot of tracks. I think as trends go, people revile 'unst-unst.' But it's just coming back around. Big-room techno was a way for people to get decadent in a year that no one could get decadent."

"You have someone like will.i.am, who's like, 'Well, I spent all this time in Ibiza, and this is what they are doing,' and he wants to find a way to bring that into his music," Caramanica said of the Black Eyed Peas mastermind. "R&B especially became dance music. And especially with your Jason Derülos, Taio Cruzes. Guys like that would have literally been blocked at the border two years ago. That would not have made it through customs. And now all of a sudden they have #1 songs. I think will.i.am had a lot to do with that last year."

Elliott Wilson of RapRadar.com added: "It's actually even affected hip-hop. I was talking to Q-Tip, and his next record, I feel like that's gonna kind of go in that vein. I know that was also Jay-Z's thought process with Blueprint 3 at first, that he wanted to make a little bit more of a world music [vibe], a little more dancey. I think the kids today want to go to the clubs. They wanna have a good time. They wanna dance. So I think the artists of today are trying to kind of feed that audience."

"I think it's caught on this year because the people who've done it have been successful," offered Clover Hope of Vibe magazine. "Like 'OMG,' with usher, he didn't have success until he made a dance record. He had 'There Goes My Baby' and these really, like, adult-contemporary records that didn't really catch on. And then once you see that everybody is doing it and that people are liking it, they are like, 'OK, let me just try this out.' It's like Auto-Tune. Like, 'Let me see what I sound like on a record by David Guetta.' They end up liking it and doing more of it."

So does the club-music trend have staying power. According to our tastemakers, not so much.

"I do think it's a blip," Caramanica said. "I don't think that's gonna be something that lasts in America. I think this is gonna be a moment we'll all look back on and go, 'Wasn't that weird when Jason Derülo and Taio Cruz had #1 records?"

"At some point, these R&B artists will get kind of sick of it and be like, 'Let me go back to my soul background,' " Hope said. "When you actually have to say something, dance doesn't really lend itself to substance. And I think that R&B artists, they really want to talk about love and in a deep way, and to do that, you need to do, like, a soul or a traditional R&B record. I want to say that it's kind of a fad."

"I think music is very cyclical," Eng offered. "So I think dance music might be here for a little bit, but I'm sure it will phase out at some point."

Wilson called dance music "the sound of today. I think that people want more aggressive, faster beats, and I think that that probably has legs until at least next summer."

What do you think? Is dance music here to stay? Let us know in the comments!

'Biggest Loser' Winner Is Olivia Ward

'Biggest Loser' Winner Is Olivia Ward

Opera singers are supposed to be plump, right? At least that's the stereotype. Not anymore. Olivia Ward, a 35-year-old opera singer from New York City, has been crowned the champ of season 11 of The Biggest Loser -- after losing an astounding 129 pounds over the course of eight months!

Ward and her sister Hannah Curlee had both been competitors on the show, and both had made it to the final four. It was the cast's trip to New Zealand that intensified audience identification with the fun-loving sisters, and certainly helped them to emerge as potential winners.

Blogger and former Biggest Loser candidate Ada Wong wrote on her Biggest Loser blog about the New Zealand episode: "It broke my heart to hear Olivia open up about the real reason she's here. We're so used to seeing Hannah and Olivia as the fun loving sisters (with funny sound bites) that we forget there are deeper issues they struggle with. It's nice to finally see another dimension to them and it certainly adds to their likability factor."

The final four for this season were sisters Ward and Curlee, Irene Alvarado and Jay Jacobs.

Curlee lost 120 pounds, dropping from 248 pounds at the season's outset to 128 pounds by her final weigh-in. Alvarado, who joined Ward and Curlee in the top three, started out at 255 pounds and ultimately weighed in at 139 pounds, for a net loss of 116 pounds.

But they were no match for the 5-foot-9 Ward, who began the season at 261 pounds and shed an astounding 129 pounds for a final weight of 132 pounds!

For her part, Ward sounds ecstatic. "For such a long time, I didn't even let myself imagine winning," the season 11 champ tells People. "I will say the last few weeks I was really pushing towards the finish line and I thought about that confetti! A lot of people told me to visualize that confetti. Man, I have to tell you, it was not even anywhere as good in my mind as it was tonight. It was just fantastic."

Christopher Meloni Leaving 'Law & Order: SVU' After 12 Seasons

Get ready to say goodbye to Detective Elliot Stabler, as his portrayer Christopher Meloni has confirmed that he will be leaving his post on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit after this season.

"It is true—12 great years and time for the next chapter," a rep for the actor told E! News.

Meloni's costar Mariska Hargitay will return for season 13, and will be front and center for the first half of the season. Her character, Detective Olivia Benson, will then get a promotion and be seen less as the shows play out.

Upon hearing the news of Meloni's exit, SVU star Ice T Tweeted his shock. "Honestly.. The news about Chris today was a BOMB to me too!" he wrote. "Sad. But you never know what to expect in this TV bizz.... Stay tuned."

Meloni's decision to move on really shouldn't come as such a surprise. The actor told Australia's Courier-Mail back in Feb. 2010 that he had been considering wrapping his long stint on the show

He said: "I think 12 years is enough, a good number."

'American Idol' Finale Recap: Lauren Alaina And Scotty McCreery Duke It Out

Teen finalists premiere their potential coronation songs amid drama about Alaina's vocal cords.
By Gil Kaufman

They're the youngest final two in the history of "American Idol," but Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina showed no signs of nervousness as they took the stage Tuesday night (May 24) for their final showdown.

Both high-schoolers had their game faces on as the first-ever all-country championship ended in a near dead heat, with each singer putting up strong vocals on a trio of down-home tunes, including the debut of the emotional singles that will be their crowning songs, should they win.

There was, of course, some last-minute drama, as host Ryan Seacrest revealed that Alaina has sprained one of her vocal cords in rehearsal, but the plucky high-schooler assured him that she was just fine and ready to rumble. And not only did Alaina pull her voice back from the brink, but with an emotion-packed final performance of what could be her victory song, she may have snatched the title from self-assured front-runner McCreery.

The two teens were thrust onto the biggest stage of the competition so far in the 7,000-seat Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, and the first round had them reprising their favorite song of the season. McCreery went with Montgomery Gentry's country-rocking "Gone."

Looking confident as he strolled his way from the audience to the stage, Scotty worked the room with some newly acquired swagger. The hyped-up performance ended with a powerful golf swing and more high-fives for the kids down front.

Alaina sounded in fine form again on Carrie Underwood's kicky "Flat on the Floor." With a bit more sandpaper in her voice, Lauren put the pedal down and gave it her all, ending with a big, rich note that proved she was — yes, Randy — in it to win it.

In an unexplained break from "Idol" orthodoxy, Seacrest rushed through the call-in numbers for each contestant after their first performance without making time for the judges to offer commentary.

The second round had the contestants' own idols offering up their choice, with Country Hall of Famer George Strait suggesting one of his own hits, "Check Yes or No," for Scotty. Strumming his guitar and raising his eyebrow just so, McCreery, 17, did the most he could with the middle-of-the-road tune, crooning in his signature bullfrog voice and venturing up into his twangy higher register on the choruses. Though no revelation, it was another fine example of the kind of clean, professional mainstream country tune McC excels at.

Alaina's idol, Underwood, went with a less contemporary choice, opting for the hit 1991 version of female country icon Pam Tillis' "Maybe It Was Memphis." Wearing a poofy, gold-bead bedazzled miniskirt and shiny cowboy boots, Alaina nailed it again, taking a lesser-known tune and putting some smoky emotion into the vocals and rising up into her power range on the choruses to give the song a radio-friendly modern vibe.

Finally, Seacrest went to the judges for their take on the first two rounds. Randy Jackson praised America for the fine job it did in picking the final two, saying it was a very even match. He called Scotty's first song "brilliant" and liked the Strait pick, while giving Alaina props for both of her performances. Ultimately, he gave the first-round edge to McCreery, while saying Alaina took round two.

"I thought it was such an explosive start from both of you," said Jennifer Lopez, praising their first songs, adding that Scotty's second song was not as impressive, while Lauren was "strong and clear and beautiful." She agreed with Randy on the split decision.

That left it to the ever-flamboyant Steven Tyler, who called both rounds for Lauren, "Only 'cause she's prettier than you are," he said, a sentiment McCreery couldn't disagree with. The rivals gave each other a good-natured hug and took off as Seacrest introduced Taio Cruz, who sang the crowd-sourced, Coke-promoted "perfect harmony" contest single "Positive." Singing the cliché-ridden midtempo pop tune amid a black-helmet-wearing futuristic drum line, Cruz struggled to get through the tune as his microphone repeatedly conked out.

McCreery's final song of the night was the single he'll release if he wins the competition, "I Love You This Big," a swaying ballad that tips its 10-gallon hat to his youth. "I know I'm still young/ But I know how I feel/ I might not have too much experience/ But I know when love is real," he gently crooned while wearing a suit jacket and jeans.

The weeper was firmly in Scotty's range and had the kind of honest sentiment that matches his sincere persona (and surely makes the girls swoon). As an added ratings-bonanza and vote-snagging bonus, it also brought a tear to his momma's eye and ended on a yearning note that sent the crowd into a frenzy.

"I'm not sure it's the perfect song for you, but the range was great because you sung low and you sung really high," said Randy, adding yet another superfluous "in it to win it" bark. "I'm proud of you, because you've grown during this contest and that was a brilliant vocal." Recalling her comments about his strong storytelling ability, Lopez praised Scotty for selling a tune nobody has ever heard before.

Lauren's winning tune was "Like My Mother Does," a song mentor Jimmy Iovine said is the perfect encapsulation of Alaina's journey on the show, not to mention some serious mom-bait. "People always say I have a laugh like my mother does," Lauren sang. "Guess that makes sense/ She taught me how to smile when things get rough/ I've got her spirit, she's always got my back."

The uplifting ode to maternal love and strength was, like Scotty's tune, the typical frothy "Idol" championship cream puff, with an extra helping of cornpone thanks to Lauren's drift down to the audience to embrace her weeping mom. Even amid the blatantly cloying lyrics, the teenager imbued the song with some honest emotion and sold it just like Jimmy knew she would.

As Lauren broke into sobs, Randy agreed with Iovine that the tune was the perfect pick for the singer and praised her for the Mariah Carey-like "soft whisper" vocal at the end. "Lauren Alaina has arrived, America!" he screamed. "This is a very tight race tonight, but Lauren, with that song, you may have just won," Lopez said. "You sang it just the way you needed to: with heart, emotion, feeling."

Randy and Steven called the final round for Alaina, while Jennifer said it was too close to call.

Wednesday night's finale will feature performances from this season's top 13, as well as judge Steven Tyler and a number of yet-unannounced special guests.

Don't miss a special edition of "Idol Party Live" Thursday at noon on MTV.com for analysis, finale red-carpet coverage and the last "Idol in 60 Seconds" of season 10. Sabi To Join Britney Spears At Femme Fatale Shows

'I'm gonna go and just kill it,' the '(Drop Dead) Beautiful' rapper/singer says about her planned appearances with Spears.
By Jocelyn Vena

On select dates of Britney Spears' Femme Fatale tour, which kicks off next month with opening act Nicki Minaj, look for the singer to be joined by her "(Drop Dead) Beautiful" collaborator, Sabi. The fledgling rapper/singer dished about the gig to MTV News on Wednesday night at a private event hosted by Spears to benefit the St. Bernard Project, charity that aids Hurricane Katrina victims.

Sabi revealed that, first up, she'll appear in Los Angeles this Saturday at KIIS-FM's annual Wango Tango concert, which Spears will co-host. "That's this week and when Britney goes on tour, I'll be doing a couple shows, like L.A., Las Vegas and New York," explained Sabi. "So that's kind of what's going on right now."

While Spears has been busy prepping for the tour, Sabi has yet to hit up rehearsals with the femme fatale herself. "No [I haven't rehearsed yet]. I've been rehearsing for Wango Tango," she said. "I don't know [what will happen up there], I'm just excited. I'm gonna go and just kill it. You don't get this type of opportunity all the time, so I'm just ready to go kill it."

Sabi says that since Spears' album dropped earlier this year, she's been enjoying more and more visibility in the pop music world. And she is not complaining at all.

"Life's been increasingly busy since then," she explained. "Before, it was kind of like working, but it's a slow grind and now things are coming to [fruition]. So it's dope, 'cause this is what I wanted. I wanted to get to that level where I'm able to make really serious moves for my career and I'm here now, so it's dope."

Would you be excited to see Sabi at some of Britney's Femme Fatale shows? Tell us in the comments.

Cheryl Cole: American's Like Plastic Surgery Too Much

She?s gearing up for her gig on Simon Cowell's American version of ?The X Factor? and Cheryl Cole is already noticing differences in the USA versus her UK homeland.

During a recent interview the former Girls Aloud singer noted the States? penchant for plastic surgery.

"I've already seen a few funny sights. I can't quite get my head around everyone having the same nose, because I think it's the unique things about your face that make you beautiful. I'm not judging, but unless something is really getting you down, then it's best not to mess with nature."

A gal pal also noted that Cheryl is getting some pressure from Cowell to be extra sexy. "Simon suggested she wear something more daring and leggy, like she did on the UK X Factor. He wants everyone to see her at her sexiest and he thinks she looks amazing in shorter dresses."

"She's really sensitive about her figure right now. She often feels better in trousers or a floor-length dress. It took a lot of guts to get her legs out. She's really self-conscious about them."

Justin Timberlake Makes Fun of Justin Bieber in Unaired 'SNL' Skit

Justin Timberlake Makes Fun of Justin Bieber in Unaired 'SNL' Skit

Justin Timberlake pokes fun at Justin Bieber -- and himself -- in a rehearsal sketch that didn't quite make it to the air during this weekend's Saturday Night Live season finale.

In the unaired skit, SNL host Timberlake -- clad in a white wig and 1780s garb -- plays the renowned composer Mozart, who is telling a group of friends that he is going to put his music career on hold to pursue a different field. Watch the sketch below:

"I'm going to take a break from music and become an actor," Timberlake-as-Mozart declares, eliciting derisive laughs from his wig-topped cohorts.

One of his buddies (Bill Hader) replies, "Surely you're joking. You're not one of those musicians who think they can act?"

Angered by his friends' dismissive attitude, Timber-zart reminds his pals that he has lots of acting experience, starting when he was in "Ze Austrian Mouse Club" with "little Beethoven, little Haydn, Christina and Sir Ryan Gosling." He adds, "Yeah, we all hooked up with each other."

Timberlake, of course, was a child star in the Mickey Mouse Club with Christina Aguilera and Gosling, among others.

Still not impressed, his friends say they might start hanging out with someone else. "Let's go work for that new kid, Wolfgang Amadeus Bieber," says a gown-clad lady (Abby Elliott).

"Bieber! You can't be serious!" erupts Mozart. "Why don't you just put a wig on a chipmunk and train it to act like a black man?"

As the scene concludes, Johann Sebastian Bach (Jason Sudeikis) shows up, announces he's throwing a party and asks Mozart if he's going to bring anything. "Why yes, as a matter of fact I am," Mozart says. "I'm bringing sexy, Bach."

It was a pretty funny scene and, with the elaborate costumes and scenery, obviously not something written at the last minute. Too bad it was cut, but at least we still have the tape to watch.

As "Saturday Night Live" wrapped up its 36th season, the show let the evening's megastar guests, Lady Gaga and Justin Timberlake, take the reins; a move that meant a revisit of some of JT's classic "SNL" gags and a live television moment only Mother Monster could deliver.

JT started the show insisting that he wouldn't be singing during his latest appearance, only to segue into a ditty during which he busted out his signature falsetto, serenaded a blushing audience member and brought it on home with some soulful trills.

But JT didn't stay on the anti-singing kick for long, popping up in the first sketch as an overeager street marketer in a beer-bottle costume armed with booze-friendly versions of pop hits. Going up against side-eyes from a prudish, tea-shilling Kristen Wiig, Timberlake countered with pro-imbibing jams like a revamp of DJ Khaled's "All I Do Is Win." Lady Gaga got in on the action, too, tottering on set in a snug vine-swathed frock with goblet-shaped glove thingys to join Timberlake for reboot of B.o.B and Hayley Williams' smash "Airplanes," crooning, "I could really use a drink right now." The pair then belted "too much merlot" to Flo Rida's "Low" before switching up the easy-listening staple "Endless Love" to "Endless Buzz," with lines like, "No one can deny/ This hooch I have inside."

Gaga also showed off her comedic skills in a digital short alongside Timberlake and Andy Samberg. After getting some sugar from mature vixens Patricia Clarkson and Susan Sarandon, JT and Samberg hit the streets in Color Me Badd fresh jumpsuits and leather bombers only to both show up at Gaga's door clutching Alize and Bartles & Jaymes. Looking in gold hoops and a gaudy getup, the pop supernova welcomed them in for an ode to the ménage a trois. "You're my best friend through thick and thin and now it's time to make a triple connection," the crew belted. "It's OK when it's in a three-way. It's not gay when it's in a three-way!"

Gaga's first onstage performance began with a much more subdued tone. Banging away on a striped grand piano with a silvery crescent-shaped headdress, the songstress showed off her fiery vocals with an impassioned rendition of "Edge of Glory." Then Mother Monster ditched the intimate vibe -- and the headpiece -- for a club-ready performance of her speaker-rattling single "Judas." Dancers in dark kilts and strappy, belted bodices backed up Gaga, who coordinated her two-toned locks, shiny black body suit and thigh-high boots with the striped stage. After flexing some of the video's high-energy choreography, Gaga retreated to a ladder on the side of the set for a bit before launching back into the punchy moves.

JT and Gaga kept cranking out the laughs as the songstress owned Timberlake in a celebrity edition of "What's That Name?" While Timberlake handily identified animated '90s Paula Abdul collaborator MC Skat Kat, the singer/actor blanked on the name of a bubbly hook-up from two weeks ago, and even struck out on Taran Killiam as Timberlake's fellow 'NSYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick. Grinning in a latex blazer and bra, Gaga easily remembered a fan she met in passing, schooled JT on the purpose of his charity and rattled off names of the stage crew and audience.

Timberlake put his growing acting skills to work in every sketch, creeping out Jason Sudeikis as a handsy member of a robotic barbershop trio on a hokey carnival ride, sparring with Bill Hader's decrepit local news correspondent and continuously flubbing the retro "Secret Word" game as a campy magician peddling crusty tricks.

For her last onstage trick, Gaga revisited the futuristic birth theme of her February Grammy performance of "Born This Way," revving up the performance with some S&M touches. Once again, the superstar emerged from an egg-shaped structure, this time however the vessel was adorned with caviar-like lumps. Gaga hit the stage in a cropped latex top with voluminous shoulders and second-skin leggings as fog encircled the singer and her crew. Swapping out the flesh-tone tunics from the Grammy performance for shiny belly-baring tops and slashed culottes, the dancers rocked the choreography as Gaga whipped her blonde ponytail around. Enveloped by her dancers for an onstage costume change, Mother Monster ramped up the drama by getting outfitted with a prosthetic latex-covered pregnancy belly. Gaga vamped it up in the fake baby bump as her crew hoisted her onto a throne and caressed her body, and glitter rained onto the pop diva.

The show closed with a cameo appearance from "SNL" alum and late-night host Jimmy Fallon for the "Barry Gibb Talk Show." Timberlake reprised his role as apathetic sidekick Robin Gibb to Fallon's jumpy, karate-chopping Barry as he grilled guests about the U.S. debt. JT stayed largely mum as Fallon continued to wig out, only piping up to briefly harmonize, "We suckled at the same teat!" Yet Timberlake was quick to revive Fallon when he froze during a signature freak-out. When the comedian came to, Fallon exclaimed, "I survived the Rapture!"

What did you think of "SNL" this week? Let us know in the comments!

Lady Gaga Recalls Buying Green Day Album In MTV Special

In MTV's upcoming 'Lady Gaga: Inside the Outside' special, Gaga reveals that the band's Dookie was the first album she ever bought.

Lady Gaga's songs certainly sound like they take inspiration from all forms of music, including disco, pop, industrial, metal and even punk. In an hour-long exclusive interview, "Lady Gaga: Inside the Outside," set to air Thursday, May 26, at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET/PT on MTV, the pop superstar opens up about the music she listened to in her youth, and how it helped shape her and make her the artist she is today.

"It was Green Day, Dookie, with my own money," she recalls in the special when asked about the first album she ever bought. "But my parents got me Stevie Wonder, Signed, Sealed [and] Delivered, and the Beatles when I was younger — A Hard Day's Night. Yeah, they were two CDs and they were given to me with [a] little boom box for Christmas when I was young."

She continues, "Just good choices, Mom and Dad. They could have chose anything, but Stevie Wonder and the Beatles? I mean, it's totally their fault. Don't spoon feed me the Beatles and Stevie Wonder and Bruce Springsteen and Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin and Elton John and expect for me not to turn out this way. Nobody made you do that."

During the intimate chat, Mother Monster opens up about her rise to fame — from being bullied by classmates during her school days to the moment she decided to pursue her dream of pop stardom. She speaks in depth about the moments that shaped her as an artist, including working on her highly anticipated just-released album, Born This Way.

"Lady Gaga: Inside the Outside" also focuses on the pop superstar at home, spotlighting her close relationship with her family and her life growing up in Manhattan before she made the decision to move out on her own to New York City's Lower East Side. Fans will get to intimately know the girl that became Lady Gaga.

Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift Shine at Billboard Awards

Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift Shine at Billboard Awards

The stars were out at last night's 2011 Billboard Music Awards, and some of music's most recognizable faces won big. Hosted by The Hangover's Ken Jeong, the three-hour show was filled with megawatt star power and amazing performances.

Bieber Fever took over the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, as 17-year-old Justin Bieber snagged six of the night's awards, including top new artist and top pop album. And, of course, we can't forget about the seventh trophy that he had with him all night -- his beautiful girlfriend Selena Gomez. He even kissed her on the lips before heading up the podium to accept an award!

Rap all-star Eminem also won six awards -- including top artist and top male artist -- though his trophies were not given out during the ceremony.

Country sweetheart Taylor Swift took home three trophies -- top Billboard 200 artist, top country artist and top country album for Speak Now. "I'm just havin' the best time doin' this," she said while accepting.

Rihanna picked up three trophies, as well, including top female artist. And each time the Barbados beauty gave shout-outs to her fans, the Rihanna Navy.

But it was Beyonce who really stole the show. The pop diva brought down the house with her incredible performance of "Run the World (Girls)." And moments later, the singer was awarded with the Billboard Millennium Award for her music and for her foundation's humanitarian work. Tons of huge names, including First Lady Michelle Obama, Barbara Streisand and Stevie Wonder, paid tribute to Beyonce as an artist and a do-gooder -- but it was Beyonce's own mother, Tina Knowles, who presented her daughter with the prestigious award.

Overwhelmed by the moment, Beyonce thanked her family and former Destiny's Child members Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland before shyly shouting out to her "best friend," husband Jay-Z.

Beyonce Previews 4, 'Run The World (Girls)' Video

Pop superstar previewed five tracks off her upcoming album and gave a sneak peek of her new clip in NYC on Wednesday.

Fans are slowly learning more and more about Beyoncé's forthcoming album, 4. With the video for "Run the World (Girls)" set to hit the streets on Friday, a select group of fans and press were treated to a five-song preview of the album and the clip on Wednesday.

Justjared.com reported that the video features pyrotechnics, wild animals, and Beyoncé getting sassy and flashing the middle finger, as well as getting sexy gyrating through the sand. The clip, directed by Francis Lawrence ("Water for Elephants"), also includes a cameo from Mozambican kwaito dance group Tofo Tofo, who Beyoncé personally sought out as inspiration for the video's moves.

Beyoncé explained at the listening event that the bass line for the track "Till the End of Time" was inspired by late Nigerian music legend Fela Kuti. In the tune, she reportedly sings, "I wanna love you so (hit me)/ I will be the one to kiss you at night ... Come on take my hand/ I won't let you go/ I'll be your friend/ I will love you so ... Turn your rain into sun ... Say you'll never let me go."

Another song previewed was written by '90s balladeer Babyface, and on it B sings about revenge. The drums, Justjared.com reports, sound similar to those on "Girls." Beyoncé also previewed a "moody" ballad on which she sings, "I told you how you hurt me/ I'm crying and deserted but you don't care/ Nobody told me this is love/ You're immune to all my pain/ This is love but that's OK ... But I care/ I know you don't care too much/ But I still care."

A fourth song heard at the listening samples Boyz II Men's "Uhh Ahh," and Beyoncé shared that "[Jay-Z] liked it. I don't think he was dissecting it, just thinking of what he could do to it as a rapper." The final previewed tune was another ballad that features the lyrics "I don't know much about algebra but one plus one is two/ He ain't got nothing but love/ Darling, you got enough for the both of us/ Make love when my days look low, pull me in close."

Are you excited to see Beyoncé's new video and hear her 4 album? Let us know in the comments.

Ke$ha Says Her Own Britney-Style All-Girl Tour Will Be All Guys

'Blow' singer is psyched for the summer leg of her Get $leazy Tour with Spank Rock, LMFAO.
By Gil Kaufman

Ke$ha
Photo: MTV News

There's certainly something to be said for girl power. Ke$ha felt it when she hit the road with Rihanna last year, when the two apparently engaged in a variety of high jinks, including some alleged backstage pillow fights.

But when MTV News caught up with the glitter-soaked party girl on Wednesday just hours before her show at New York's Roseland Ballroom and asked her who she might bring along if she were able to put together a Britney Spears-style all-girl tour, Ke$ha didn't hesitate to name her posse.

Sitting cross-legged on a couch in black tights, black cowboy boots, black leather gloves and sleeveless black rocker T-shirt, Ke$ha told us that her all-girl lineup would actually be, well, all guys. "All-girl fantasy tour?" she said, staring up at the ceiling for a moment and contemplating the idea. "I mean, I play nice with chicks. I actually put together my personal fantasy tour and I just announced the second leg of my Get $leazy Tour and that's gonna be: me and LMFAO and Spank Rock."

And while the upcoming outing will be light on the estrogen — much like the first leg of her $leazy tour, on which she is sharing the stage with party-rap dude Beardo — Ke$ha insisted that it still will offer what her fans have come to expect from her shows. "It's not an all-girls tour, but it's gonna be f---ing sleazy," she maintained.

That macho vibe has been on display during to the winding-down first leg of the $leazy fest, which Ke$ha has nicknamed the "I Can Do Whatever We Want Tour." So, what kind of perks come with being a first-time headliner? "Blasting glitter violently at people, even if they don't want it," said Ke$ha. "It's like they don't even have a choice. It is a little volatile, but I do it anyways. I feel like people know me for my glitter and I don't want to disappoint."

Are you planning to see Ke$ha on the next leg of her Get Sleazy tour? Tell us in the comments.

Honor Warren Is Pretty In Pink

Always adorable Honor Marie looked ready for summer in her sweet floral dress as she spent the day with her mom Jessica Alba at Coldwater Park in Beverly Hills, California (May 21).

The pretty preschooler seemed to have a great time at the playground, sinking her bare toes in the sand and giggling as her mom pushed her super high on the swings.
