Mad Men’s actress January Jones, who plays the mother of actor Jared Gilmore in the AMC series, won’t be missed by the young star. Apparently Jones isn’t all that nice! Eleven year old actor Jared Gilmore, who plays the young Bobby Draper on AMCs Mad Men series, seems far from devastated about leaving his thirty -two year old on-screen mother January Jones, aka Betty Draper, behind. But before he leaves to board the ABC pilot show ‘Once Upon A Time’, Gilmore is sending out a warning about the mother to be. Leaving Mad Men, with the promise of a full time gig on another network (compared to only a seven episode stint in the AMC show), Gilmore said “be careful around January. She’s not as approachable as the others. She’s really serious about what she does.” When asked how January compared to others on set, Jared added, “everybody is so nice.” Circling the story, E!
