He?s been licking his wounds since his soon-to-be-ex-wife Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, but Kris Humphries has finally emerged from his Minnesota homestead.
The NBA stud was spotted in New York City last night (November 14) for some sort of ?business? affairs. He also had dinner with a friend and his manager at Serafina restaurant, an eatery he used to frequent with Kardashian.
As for the reports that he?s hired a new lawyer and is refusing to sign the divorce papers, a friend of Kris?s says it?s all false.
"He will be signing the papers. There's nothing new about it. [Hutton's] been his lawyer since day one."
