Vanessa Hudgens' Week-Beginning Workout

Getting the week underway with a morning workout, Vanessa Hudgens hit up the local gym in Los Angeles on Monday (July 25).

The former "High School Musical" star looked sporty in a black spaghetti strap top, grey track pants and sneakers as she headed into LA Fitness.

As for her recently shortened hairdo,well-regarded stylist Angelo David dished how-to tips to HollywoodLife.

The three step process he recommended is as follows:

1) Use a vent brush to blow dry your hair to get as much volume at the root as you can. When finished, use a � inch small curling iron in small sections, to create body and bounce. Finish with hairspray.

2) Apply Angelo David Foaming Sea Silk Mousse on wet hair and roughly blow dry your hair using your fingers. If you have ends that flip out, use that to your advantage. Use a � inch curling iron to go over any frizzy ends. Finish with a light hairspray.

3) Use Angelo David Vital Complex Leave-In Conditioner on wet hair and air dry. It is important that that your hair is conditioned. Then, use either a vent brush or small round brush to smooth out and unwanted waves to create a smooth controlled look.
